1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 939gem ("939gem", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 939gem website located at 939gem.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through that domain.

939gem is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such a platform is not restricted by applicable law. The Platform provides sports betting information, live casino content, gaming guides and responsible gambling resources, all presented in English.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" The 939gem website at 939gem.cam, including all pages, features, games, tools, content and services accessible through that domain.
• "Account" The individual registered user account created by a User following completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity, including as a registered account holder or unregistered visitor.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual market or any other wagering product available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 939gem verifies a User's identity, age and residential address in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "PKR" Pakistani Rupee — the reference currency used for illustrative monetary figures on this Platform. Actual transaction currency is subject to the operator's live cashier settings.
• "Prohibited Conduct" Any activity expressly prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software and exploitation of technical errors.

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. You accept these Terms by:

• Clicking "I Agree", "Register", "Sign Up" or any equivalent button during the account registration process;
• Logging into an existing Account after these Terms have been updated;
• Accessing or using any feature of the Platform, whether or not you are a registered User.

If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to that entity.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on 939gem, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful under applicable local, national or regional law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 939gem does not claim any licence, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.
3. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under a guardianship order, have been declared legally incompetent, or be otherwise restricted from entering into contracts under applicable law.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion from gambling services, whether through this Platform or through any external responsible gambling scheme. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
5. One Account Only: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts registered using false personal information are prohibited and will be terminated, with any balances subject to forfeiture.

5 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. Registration requires you to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a strong and unique password, your date of birth and your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Ensuring that your Account details remain accurate and current at all times — you must update your information promptly if any details change;
• Immediately notifying 939gem support via the contact details in Section 16 if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

939gem will never request your password through email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 939gem that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

939gem reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility conditions are not met or that any information provided is false, inaccurate or misleading.

6 KYC Verification & Identity Documents

939gem is obligated to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity, confirm minimum age requirements and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to complete KYC verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request, following a deposit above a specified threshold, or at 939gem's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back, all corners visible and text fully legible;
• A valid Passport — biographical data page clearly visible;
• A proof of address document (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), where required by the operator;
• A selfie or liveness verification as directed by the Platform's secure verification portal.

939gem reserves the right to suspend a User's ability to withdraw funds until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Where KYC documents cannot be verified, the Account may be closed and deposited funds returned to the original payment source, subject to applicable processing terms.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following provisions:

7.1 Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available deposit methods are subject to change and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment contexts only. 939gem makes no representation that any of these providers permit or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify the current availability and terms of any payment method directly through the live cashier before initiating a deposit.

7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) availability of the selected withdrawal method; and (d) any fraud-prevention review that may be triggered at 939gem's discretion. Processing times stated in the cashier are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

7.3 Cryptocurrency. Where BTC, USDT or other cryptocurrency payment options are available, they are subject to network fees, applicable minimum amounts and transaction confirmation times determined by the relevant blockchain network. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are applied at the time of transaction and are not fixed.

7.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting 939gem support is a breach of these Terms. 939gem reserves the right to suspend your Account and recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback, including through legal action where warranted.

7.5 Currency. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures referenced on this Platform are illustrative. Actual transaction currency is determined by the live cashier at the time of deposit or withdrawal and may be subject to conversion fees.

8 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards, referral credits and other promotional incentives offered through the Platform are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made available:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering multiple, eligible games and time limit are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotion is available once per User, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino, certain table games and specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the promotion-specific game contribution table before wagering.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire according to the time limit specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour determined by 939gem to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or using automated software — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

Actual live bonus values, eligibility criteria and terms are set by the operator and are displayed in the live promotions section. 939gem does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific bonus offer.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

9.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All bets are accepted at 939gem's discretion. 939gem reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at any time without providing a reason, in particular where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.

9.2 Odds & Prices. Displayed odds and prices are subject to change at any time prior to final acceptance of a bet. The odds applicable at the point of confirmed bet placement govern the payout calculation. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, 939gem reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake.

9.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) wagers are accepted until the designated market closure point. 939gem is not liable for bets placed on markets that have already reached their closure point due to User delay or connectivity issues.

9.4 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits per event, per market and per day are specified in the Platform's rules section at the time of bet placement. These limits apply regardless of the quoted odds or stake amount.

9.5 Voided Bets. Wagers may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: abandonment or cancellation of an event, market integrity investigations, data feed errors or technical malfunctions. Voided wagers will have the original stake returned.

9.6 Cricket & PSL. Dedicated cricket betting rules apply to PSL, ICC and bilateral match markets. These rules — including provisions for rain interruptions, over-reductions, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method application and match abandonment — are published in the sports-specific rules section of the Platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in, at minimum, immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting any third party in circumventing the one-account-per-person requirement;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to place bets, gather data or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate bet outcomes, including match-fixing or any coordinated wagering scheme;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or any technical malfunction of the Platform for financial gain — all such gains are void and recoverable;
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law;
• Attempting to access the Platform or another User's Account through unauthorised means, including hacking, credential stuffing or social engineering;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour toward 939gem staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Encouraging or facilitating any other User to breach these Terms.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 939gem brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, editorial content, game content, user interface elements, software code and compiled data — is the intellectual property of 939gem or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or broadcast any Platform content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the 939gem brand, logo or any Platform content for commercial purposes, advertising or sponsorship without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939gem shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any third-party content, services, websites or products linked to or referenced by the Platform;
• Any betting losses incurred as a result of wagering on the Platform;
• Any financial loss arising from currency conversion, payment provider fees or transaction delays.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gambling

939gem is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available at any time within your Account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once reduced, limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. Wagering is paused automatically when limits are reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at defined intervals to keep track of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a defined short break (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed until the full exclusion period has elapsed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

939gem reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon login.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently updated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure through the support team. Closure requests submitted within 14 days of a material Terms change will be processed without penalty to any real-money balance pending withdrawal, subject to standard KYC and applicable wagering requirement compliance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939gem is registered and licensed to operate as a gambling operator. The applicable licensing and governing jurisdiction is stated in the operator's current licence documentation.

15.1 Pakistan Legal Notice. 15.2 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licence terms.

15.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with 939gem on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding or representative claim against 939gem.
